Next Impact Europe - The 50 Diverse Led Impact Startups to Watch in Europe initiative (herein 'Initiative') is operated by Impact Shakers in partnership with 4P Capital.

Submitting your details through the nomination form and actively opting in to accept the terms will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

By completing and submitting the online nomination form available at www.nextimpacteurope.com, you will fully and unreservedly agree to all the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms or conditions, then you should not submit your details.

NOMINATION PROCESS

The nomination form is open until April 30 2026.

Any person can submit a nomination, including founders nominating their own company. Nominators may submit multiple companies (up to 10 nominations recommended for investor partners).

The person submitting must provide accurate contact information and company details for the startup being nominated.

Eligibility for submission: minimum age of 18. Proof of age may be required.

DATA PROCESSING

By nominating a startup for the Initiative, you agree that we will store the nomination materials in our database. Your data will be accessed by Impact Shakers and 4P Capital.

Anyone submitting a nomination grants Impact Shakers and 4P Capital the license to use the data collected for all purposes including, but not limited to, post-promotion, sharing relevant information and the opportunity to offer the results to the media. Data collected may be passed on to carefully selected third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

SELECTION PROCESS

The choice of companies is made through a selection and validation process, involving Impact Shakers and 4P Capital as well as participating investor partners and ecosystem experts.

Companies will be evaluated qualitatively based on nominations received. A curated list of up to 100 companies will be shortlisted and shared with participating investor partners for final selection. The final list of 50 companies will be selected based on investor input and editorial judgment from Impact Shakers and 4P Capital.

The final list of 50 Diverse-led Impact Startups to Watch in Europe will be published publicly in June 17 2026.

We reserve the right to amend the timeline and selection process at our full discretion.

COPYRIGHTS

Copyright to the nominations will remain with the nominator but the nominator licenses Impact Shakers and 4P Capital to use nominated company names and logos to promote the Initiative and the final list of 50 companies across websites and social media.

MISCELLANEOUS

Impact Shakers and 4P Capital reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event that this happens, this document will be updated with the amended terms.

If an insufficient number of eligible nominations (as determined by Impact Shakers and 4P Capital in their sole discretion) are received by the closing date, Impact Shakers and 4P Capital reserve the right not to carry out the Initiative.

Inclusion on the final list does not constitute an investment recommendation or endorsement. Exclusion from the list is not a judgment on company quality or potential.
